They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis - you will have two direct reports and be responsible for their performance day to day and report directly to the MD. The MD is personable, understands the value of HR and is a great support for this role.

This is a fab opportunity, it will suit someone who is in a challenging and busy Senior HR Advisor role looking for a step up or who is already operating at HRBP level within a blue collar industry.

Day to day you will be responsible for the generalist HR support to around 400 employees but responsible for the strategic projects too. At the moment these consist of

• Upskilling and training people managers on technical and soft skills
• Management coaching on HR best practise
• HR process and policy updates
• Succession planning and development

To be successful with your application you will have proved HR experience within a similar industry, be happy being onsite 4 days a week and able to work with pace and autonomy.
