Join Our Team as HR Manager with a focus on Processes!

Are you ready to take the reins and lead our HR function to new heights? We're seeking a talented HR Manager to join our dynamic team, focus on all things process, and ensure smooth operations in our HR department.

This Midlands based big name brand with a head count of just under 1000ppl need someone who can hit the ground running in a varied but challenging role.

They have really invested in the HR team over the last few years and need someone to dot the I's and cross the T's.

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of HR process and administration, with a focus on ensuring compliance, optimising processes, and providing vital support to our HR Business Partners. You'll have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, policy development and provide insightful data reporting to support strategic decision-making.

This is a very varied position and duties will range, therefore you must be comfortable with the following -

  • Support a variety of HR functions, including payroll processing and policy compliance.
  • Ensure all processes are policies are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Utilise various systems (including excel) to generate insightful reports and analytics.
  • Collaborate with other internal HR professionals to ensure the HR function aligns with business needs.
  • Oversee reward, compensation, and benefits administration.

To be successful with your application you will come from a Senior HR position with proven experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Not only that but you will be required to build strong relationship, be the 'go to' person with regards to most elements of HR and turn your hand to everything and anything needed.

This role is paying competitively. (with benefits), they have embraced hybrid working so you would be expected to be onsite 3 days a week but can work from home for the rest :)
