Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with the wider team to craft HR solutions that think outside the box.

Training Excellence: Develop and refine a suite of training programs that empower clients to unleash their full potential.

Thought Leadership: Take centre stage at events, expos, and webinars, sharing your expertise on key HR topics that matter most.

Policy Pioneering: HR best practise - draft policies, procedures, and guides that set the standard for excellence in HR management.

Team Support: Serve as a beacon of knowledge and support for the team, lending your expertise to elevate our collective success.

You will report in to the MD and with this role will get the opportunity to manage your own diary and coordinate the need to be out and about visiting clients 2-3 days a week.
