FP&A Manager | Nottingham/London | Hybrid | £50,000 - £60,000

You want to work with the biggest stakeholders in one of the biggest businesses?

As an FP&A Manager, you'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, with the freedom to shape strategies and initiatives within the UK arm of the business. You'll be the go-to person for relationship management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for critical areas of our business, providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from acting as a trusted deputy to leading and developing the wider UK FP&A team. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to finance activities impacting the entire business and collaborate on projects with our UK CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to produce monthly Outlook and Annual Budget reports, ensuring effective communication of risks and opportunities.
  • Lead problem-solving and strategic development within our P&L, balancing short and long-term views.
  • Drive sustainable efficiency's and optimise investments in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end activities.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop the next generation of finance talent within the department.

  • Strong technical understanding and significant experience in a relevant finance role.
  • Excellent Business Partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to provide expert support and problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
