Finance Administrator / Lutterworth / Permanent / Hybrid / up to £27,000 / Study Support

Our client began as a local logistics provider for various industries, gradually expanding into an internationally recognised logistics company.

Job Description: As a Finance Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing financial processes related to UK Operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating, reviewing, and analysing weekly operational data.
  • Producing weekly revenue reports by client and site.
  • Compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports, ensuring accuracy in client accounts reconciliation.
  • Managing consumables and stock purchases, including invoice reconciliation and direct charge invoicing.
  • Preparing accrual and prepayment schedules.
  • Handling monthly payroll journals and managing company credit cards transactions.
  • Reconciling temporary labour expenses from weekly management accounts to actual invoices.

Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Commercial awareness.
